MCS assisted Jonathan and his team by providing them reinforced concrete slabs, repairing their gutters, and clearing landscape growth. We are also currently working on a complete stucco repair/restoration on the building exterior.

Maintenance Contract Services executed the demolition of .25 acre existing gravel lot and installed approximately 90 yards of 6” reinforced concrete flatwork with skill and precision. Additionally they cleared landscape overgrowth, repaired gutters and are currently in the early stages of a complete stucco repair/restoration on the building exterior. The work was reasonably priced, the customer service and reliability was second to none. They kept their word and schedule and got the job done while dodging several weather events. I without hesitation give this business a five star rating and will continue to call upon them in the future.
